STEPS TO FOLLOW TO SUCCESSFULY FILL OUT JOB APP AND SUBMIT

1) Click on link below and hit Save

2) Save Word Document to Desktop on your Personal Computer

3) Open Word Document and Complete Application

4) Save Document on Personal Computer and close out Word

5) Open email program and click on paper clip to attach the Document

6) Next Locate the Document on your computer and click on File

7) Click on button that says either Attach or Insert(Now the document should be included in the email)

8) Fill in email address and hit Send
